Paris — Vin de France

Our story

A passion born in the whirl of Paris

The founder

Maison Lecointre was born of the wish of Christine Lecointre, a lover of sparkling wines, to offer a fine festive wine to those who love Paris.

01 — The founder

Christine Lecointre

A devoted lover of sparkling wines, Christine Lecointre long searched for the bottle she would have loved to give: a refined festive wine, as much at ease at an impromptu dinner as on a grand evening.

Not finding it, she created it. Maison Lecointre was born of that joyful rigour: selecting the finest white grapes of the Montpellier terroirs, raising them as the great houses do, and dressing the whole in a bottle that tells of Paris.

Every detail — the gold and midnight-blue label, the Eiffel Tower under fireworks — carries her conviction: celebration is a French art.

“I wanted a wine that resembles Paris at nightfall: dressed in gold and light of heart.”

The homage

The spirit of the Roaring Twenties

The 1920s left Paris a heritage the House tends with care: elegance without stiffness, joy without excess, a taste for beautiful things shared.

The inspiration

Cabarets and grand boulevards

Montparnasse and its studios, the glittering revues, jazz crossing the Atlantic: a decade when Paris invented the modern celebration. It is that creative fever the label of the cuvée sets in scene, golden fireworks around the Eiffel Tower.

The heritage

Carefree elegance

From that era the House keeps one lesson: luxury is first a matter of spirit. A great festive wine should be opened on a Tuesday evening, simply because life is beautiful.

Today

A Parisian house

From the avenue des Champs-Élysées, Maison Lecointre carries that memory abroad: each bottle is a fragment of the Roaring Twenties, offered to those who love Paris today, wherever they may be.

02 — The art of living

Entertaining à la française

A white tablecloth, old coupes, a low lamp: it takes little for the cuvée to find its place. The House loves bistro tables as much as grand dinners, wherever people take the time to raise a glass.
